  | | | First, the manufacturer controls the finishing product as well as the different stages of production process. Besides this self-control, a technician who belongs to ISOLAR organization supervises the manufacturer.
The inspectors of the official organizations, which have given us the following authorizations: DIN 1286, “N” de AENOR and CEKAL, carry out the third control of quality.
ISOLAR glasses meet European regulation’s highest requirements, having the German authorization DIN1286 certified by the "Institut für Fenstertechnick Rosenheim", the Spanish authorization “N” AENOR certified by the "Asociación Española de Normalización y Certificación" and the French CEKAL certified by the "Centre Scientifique Travail Bâtiment".
We are committed to maintaining quality in both administrative and production processes for our clients. In 2005, four more production centres where certified by the ISO-9001 regulation, that means, Vitro Cristalglass has today all of the centres certified by this quality standard.
Guarantee
Vitro Cristalglass guarantees its products within a period of ten years from the date of manufacture, against any defect which reduces visibility due to the condensation or dust deposited over the interior side of the transparent glasses.
This guarantee is valid provided by the normal conditions of use for the ISOLAR products. | |
