In order to guarantee the strict compliance to our Code of Business Conduct and Professional Ethics and in light of the different policies that regulate us, we have developed a reliable channel of communication for all Vitro employees, as well as our suppliers and clients, to report any deviation, irregularity or breaches they encounter in our internal control in a confidential and secure way.

From February 2005 through December 2007, we have registered 106 complaints which have all been pursued diligently according to their nature and severity.
