Recruiting and retaining talent constitutes a key aspect for the future development of the company and a fundamental part of its sustainability.

We assume this responsibility through the growth and motivation by having placed and implemented the Professionals in Development (PRODES) program, through which we attract and maximize the potential of our human capital, preparing them for the ideal position based on their skills and competencies.

Currently we have 63 professionals working under this program of which 32 are about to be located into their final assignment based on their abilities and profile.

Also, we have training and development programs linked to our competencies model that apply to the different levels of the organization. Through individual evaluations that are performed by the Personnel Planning Committee, a report is prepared for feedback addressing strengths, areas of opportunity and personal development.

As a means to stimulate our staff to be creative and innovative, in 1998, we created the program for Incremental Improvement Recognition, a program that rewards employees for their technical contributions to their individual companies in all fields.
