Vitro's export facility, Vitro Packaging, Inc. headquartered in Plano, Texas has received three “Clear Choice Awards” in the annual contest held at the Palmer House Hilton in Chicago, Illinois on May 3, 2005.

VIP's award-winning products are:

• Diet Bawls Guaranexx (carbonated drink),
• Donna Karan Be Delicious (cosmetic) and
• Camelot Mead Wine (wine).

The company entered 29 products in this year's competition, accounting for slightly over 20 percent of the 140 participating containers.

“The judges took various aspects into consideration, such as shape, color, and label originality; degree of product differentiation against the competition; and elements that make the product stand out at point-of-sale,” explains VIP Director Lee Farlander, who received the awards on Vitro's behalf.
